The central idea to draft the Constitution of India in its present form was to lead towards a social revolution, in which everybody is an equal partner in development. The Economic gap between the people of the society is the biggest barrier to Bihar’s development. Bihar is divided into three regions: The North Gangetic Area, The South Gangetic Area and the Area Adjacent to Jharkhand. Each area has its own history of exploitation and discrimination.
